Which programs do you need?
Download the picture series with a WinZIP file on your hard drive, unpack it and you will receive the highly soluble JPG files which you can view with every picture program (e.g. Irfanview). The films are down-loaded directly as wma file and can then directly be played e.g. with the Windows Media Player.
The Windows Media Player, which is usually always installed on most computers, is available free of charge at www.microsoft.de We recommend the version 9.0 here you get directly to the Download. Simply click on "further" and the program starts downloading.
